Our Alaska cruise was an 8 day loop which initiated and terminated in Juneau. We saw breathtaking scenery along with humpback whales, bears, Dall’s porpoise and Steller sealions. The boat slowed or came to a stop to allow everyone ample viewing time. Of course we saw magnificent glaciers along the way. I’ve been on cruises before but nothing quite like this. The pace was leisurely and everyone, crew and passengers, was quite friendly. I can’t imagine a more enjoyable experience.

I’ve been on several cruises and this was by far the most excellent. Princess offers a refined and classic decor as opposed to the glitzy ambience of some other cruise ships. Waiting and lines were never a problem. The food onboard was the best that I’ve had on a cruise ship. It’s as close to gourmet as a cruise line can offer. And the scenery is truly amazing. This cruise is highly recommended.
